soapUI Future Plans

soapUI Release plan

The following features have been considered for the upcoming version 1.8:

  • Improved WS-Security support
  • Improved Endpoint management

The following minor improvements are also being considered:

  • simple XQuery/XPath "test bench" for testing expressions
  • add possibility to label endpoints for readability
  • reload-project / file-system monitoring
  • option to reload schemas on run TestCase
  • association of request credentials with an endpoint (so all requests to that endpoint use these same credentials)

Above improvements will be rolled out in minor releases during the coming months. Let us know if you have any wishes/suggestions that should be included!
